The Top30Under30Awards will be recognizing and rewarding foremost 30 leading entrepreneurs under the age of 30 in Africa. This will be achieved in partnership with various developmental partners and corporate bodies.
The award ceremony is a mix of documentary/short film on each of the 35 finalists, prequel series that will serve as leadup and TV campaign, live telecast of the finals, thematic sessions, exhibition of 10 innovative ideas and will climax with a gala dinner presentation where the 30 winners will be unveiled.
The Top30Under30 Awards will represent the next generation of business leaders and as such they must set an example of professional and ethical behavior. Over the next several months on www.top30under30.com, we will be seeking nominations in hope of finding some of the continent's most dynamic young entrepreneurs.

The winners will each receive a Honourary Scroll (made from Papyrus material from Egypt – which is old and symbolic), an edgy unique Top30Under30 Sculpture, the benefits of official recognition via an awards ceremony and media publicity. The awards ceremony will also provide the winners with the unique opportunity of meeting with the cream of the crop of African society and businesses. This guest audience will include 400 invitation-only participants that will grace the live telecast series and the Gala Dinner.

| Sculpture’s Design Concept: A silver sphere on a golden 'bust'. It depicts the head and bust of a young person. The choice of materials is symbolic of the idea behind the Awards: that the person has achieved an extraordinary feat (depicted by the use of precious metals) at a young age. |
The remaining five finalists will each receive the benefits of official recognition via the awards ceremony and appropriate media publicity.
